Ampla Co. is a digital marketing agency based in Londrina, PR, Brazil. This policy explains how we handle the information you share with us through this website.

When you fill out the form or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, company, phone number, email and a description of your challenge. The form doesn't store anything on this website: it only opens WhatsApp with your message ready.
How we use it
We use this information only to reply to you, prepare the audit you requested and talk about our services. To do that we use tools such as WhatsApp (Meta) and our customer management system, and we keep data only for as long as needed. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies and preferences
This website uses Contentsquare, a session-replay and heatmap tool, to see how visitors move through the site (clicks, scrolling, which pages get used). Text and numbers you type are masked before they're recorded, so Contentsquare never captures what you type into the contact form. If our use of cookies or analytics tools changes, we'll update this policy.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time via WhatsApp. We handle requests in line with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018).
Telephone and text messages
If you agree to receive messages through the form, we use your phone number only to reply to your request and talk about our services by text. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. We use WhatsApp (Meta), our website hosting provider (Vercel), and our customer management tools. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
How long we keep data
We keep data only as long as needed to reply to your request, deliver the audit, and manage any services you request. After that, it is deleted or anonymized.
Security and minors
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no transmission over the internet is completely secure. Our services are for business owners, not for anyone under 18.
